Description
Supply and installation of iced water production and distribution and forced ventilation in a 28 storey and 10 basement floors.
Scope of works
Production and distribution of iced water by 3 chillers of 580 kW (1.740 kW).
Installation of fancoil terminal units in the common areas and offices.
Fresh air injection (30.000 m3/h) from 28 floor to each and every one of the installed terminal units.
General extraction (15.000 m3/h x 2 Ud.) and individual extraction system in the bathrooms (180 Uds.).
Detection and extraction of Carbon Monoxide in the 10 basement floors with 300 parking places by 20 extraction units of 5.000 m3/h/Ud. and 10 incoming fresh air units of 10.000 m3/h/Ud.
Central control system monitoring more than 1.000 signals, variables and parameters as well as electrical and cooling energy management .
